Bradley pleds no contest to 2 misdemeanor counts
The man charged with attacking a business owner last week on Center Street received a 100-day jail term after he pled no contest to misdemeanor charges.
Devin Brentwood Bradley, 46, was arrested Sept. 13 after he punched Robert Mitchell in the face and pushed him through a plate glass window, Taft Police said.
Mitchell is the co-owner of KC Photography on the 400 block of Center Street. He had gone outside his store to talk to Bradley, who was causing a disturbance, police said.
Mitchell was treated at a Bakersfield hospital for his injuries.
Bradley, who is currently on probation for assault and making criminal threats, entered no contest pleas to vandalism and assault charges Monday in taft branch of Kern County Superior Court.
