Margarito Flores is on probation for previous hit-and-run conviction. He is being held on no-bail USBP hold

The man who was arrested in connection with a hit-and-run crash that injured a motorcyclist has entered a guilty plea to the felony charge.
Margarito Flores, 44, was already on probation for a 2011misdemeanor  hit-and-run conviction when he was arrested by California Highway Patrol officers on Feb. 11 for fleeing the scene of an accident that injured a motorcyclist at the intersection on Ash and Harrison in Ford City.
Flores is scheduled to be sentenced on the felony hit-and-run charge on March 26.
He is being held without bail on a hold by the United States Border Patrol, Kern County Sheriff's booking records show.
