The preliminary hearing scheduled for Thursday for the two defendants in the Trinity Hanna murder case has been delayed.
Angela Monique Hanna and Eric Edward Foster will now be back in court on Sept. 10.
No reason for the delay was given.
Hanna, 25, is charged with second degree murder and Foster, 27, is charged with first degree murders.
He is accused of inflicting the fatal injuries on the three-year-old girl.
He is also charged with torture.
Hanna is is accused of allowing her daughter to suffer the injuries.
Hanna is being held on $2,020,000 bail and Foster is being held without bail.
