The Taft varsity girls basketball team extended their hot streak Tuesday night with a 55-36 victory over Mira Monte at home.
Taft outscored Mira Monte 25-15 at the end of the first half before outscoring the Lady Lions 30-21 in the second half.
Chanel Tremain led Taft in scoring with 13 while Kennedy Kunce had 10.
