It has become a popular tradition in early February. Now the West Side Recreation and Park District will be holding the fifth annual Father-Daughter Dance Saturday, Feb. 2 at the Community Center Auditorium.
The theme this year is rainbow/candy. Girls four years and and older may be accompanied by their father, guardian or adult relative or friend.
Tickets are $30 per couple and $10 for each additional daughter. Tickets also cannot be purchased at the door. Instead they can be bought at the District office.
Tickets are limited and the event sells out each year.
The evening will include photographs, DJ music, sweet treats, and other surprises. Picture frame party favors will be given to the first 80 girls to purchase tickets.
The ticket purchase deadline is Friday, Jan. 25. If the event is not sold out by the purchase deadline, tickets will be available from January 28-31 at the price of $35 per couple and $15 for each additional daughter.
The dance will last from 7 to 10 p.m.
