'A Girl Walks Home Alone at Night' filming in Taft through Feb. 2

Downtown area street closings start Friday so a production company can film scenes for a movie.
Street closings and no parking zones have been approved by the city for filming of "A Girl Walks Home Along at Night."
Anvil Productions is producing the horror/vampire themed movie.
Street closures will run from today through Feb. 2.
The schedule:
Today: Alley south of 400 block of Center Street.
Saturday: Front Street from Olive to Fourth, 6 a.m.-7 p.m.
Sunday: no closures
Monday: Alley north of 300 block of San Emidio Street, 11 a.m.-8 p.m.; Fourth Street from Pine to Calvin, 6 p.m.-midnight.
Tuesday: Main Street from Third to Sixth, 2 p.m.-3 a.m. the next morning.
Sat., Jan. 26: Center Street from Seventh to Eighth, 2 p.m.-3 a.m. the next morning.
Sat., Feb. 2: Sixth Street from Front to Main, 5 p.m.-6 a.m. the next morning.
No parking zones also will be in effect. They include:
Saturday: Front Street from Sixth to Seventh streets, 6 a.m.-7 p.m.
Sunday: Fourth Street from Main to North streets, 11 a.m.-midnight.
Monday: San Emidio Street from Second to Fourth and Third Street from San Emidio to Lucard, 11 a.m.-8 p.m.
Fri., Jan. 25: Fifth from North to Center, 2 p.m.-3 a.m. the next morning.
Fri., Feb. 2: Sixth Street from Front to Center and Main Street from Fifth to Seventh, 5 p.m.-6 a.m. next morning.
