School closed by water leak Tuesday morning
Lincoln Junior High School should reopen for school on Wednesday after the entire campus was closed Tuesday morning because of water leak.
Superintendent Ron Bryant said late Tuesday morning that it looks like the leak should be fixed by early Tuesday afternoon.
The leak did not cause any damage to buildings, although some asphalt was removed to reach the leak, which was just north of the boy's gym on the campus
All of the sixth, seventh and eighth graders were released Tuesday morning just before 10 a.m. because there was no water for drinking, toilets or showers.
The closure included the Lincoln annex next to Roosevelt School because there is no water service to the main campus.
