The Lady Bulldogs took off again with a 9-3 run to up their lead to 18-10. Taft snapped the streak with a point but Golden Valley answered with a 5-2 run. Taft nearly duplicated their first set run in the second set with a 3-1 run highlighted by Courtney Reed's ace. Golden Valley stormed back with a 14-1 run to lead 15-4. Taft fought back to get within five before the Lady Bulldogs took off to lead by eight. Taft got within two but Golden Valley went on a 7-3 run to close out the match.
