A season can take a number of different turns for a team. It did for the Taft girls golf team Wednesday when they finished third in a South Sequoia League Tournament in Delano.
With three new players competing for Taft, Arizona Pilgrim shot the lowest round of the day for Taft with an 84. Josey Burke and Kayla Kaszycki each followed with a 93.
Currently Taft is tied with Wasco for second place in the standings.
Taft returns to action Monday to compete in a South Sequoia League tournament at Buena Vista Golf Course.
