Cold, windy and showery weather is going to move into the Westside on Wednesday as the first winter-like storm of the season blows in.
There is a 50 percent chance of showers and even a slight chance of a thunderstorm with the showers continuing into Wednesday night.
The chance of rain Wednesday and Wednesday night is 50 percent but the rain will be light with one one-tenth of an inch or less expected.
Gusty winds are expected to kick up overnight and a wind advisory is in effect for the extreme west end of the Valley from 3 a.m. to 11 a.m Wednesday.
Winds will be blowing from 10 to 25 miles an hour with gusts to 35 miles per hour
Wednesday will bring a very sharp drop in temperatures with highs that got to the upper 80s for several days falling by 20 degrees to the mid 60s.
Temperatures will warm a bit starting Thursday but stay below 80 degrees for highs with lows around 50.
