Police were called for a report of a toddler walking in the middle of the 100 block of Loma Vista Street Sunday

The reporting did not recognize the child and later posted a photo of the child asking for the child's and/or guardian information.

An Anonymous caller identified the child and within about the same time frame, the child's mother called the Taft Police Dept looking for her child.
