Both were scheduled to appear in Taft's Most Wanted

Kern County Sheriff's deputies arrested two warrant suspects scheduled to appear in Taft's Most Wanted Monday afternoon.

Both suspects were.

The pair, Rebecca McReynolds, 31, and Jeremy Anderson, 37, were apparently homeless and living under a bridge on the 100 block of Main Street.

McReynolds was wanted on a warrant for possession of stolen property. Anderson was wanted on a no-bail warrant for parole violation.

Both were also arrested on charges of possession of a controlled substance

Deputies received information that McReynolds was living there, and took her into custody.

They got more information and began looking for Anderson in the area.

He was found a short distance away, hiding in the ditch about halfway between Main and Adkisson Way.

He was arrested at gunpoint.

McReynolds and Anderson are both being held in the Sheriff's central receiving facility. McReynolds' bail is $37,500 and Anderson is being held without bail.
