Kern Law Enforcement Association (KLEA) announced that they have endorsed Brandon Martin for Kern County Superior Court Judge.

"As law enforcement, we support candidates who are committed to the rule of law and protecting public safety," stated David Kessler, President of Kern Law Enforcement Association. "With the drastic budget cuts by the Board of Supervisors, we do not have enough deputies on the job to effectively cover our vast County, so it's more important than ever to have strong judges on the bench, dedicated to protecting the rights of victims and their families while crime rates continue to rise."

Martin is currently a Professor of Law at the Kern County College of Law and his civil law practice has given him a breadth of professional experience. He also serves as a pro tem judge for the Kern County Courts. In addition to being a member of the California Bar, he is also a licensed California Real Estate Broker and a credentialed Project Management Professional (PMP). In the evenings, he continues to work with select clients at the Law Offices of George Martin.

Martin is a civil litigation attorney who has practiced insurance defense, personal injury, real estate, and land use law. Now, he aims to put his experience both inside and outside of the courtroom to use as the next Kern County Superior Court Judge.
