Monitors, hard drives, keyboards, and a tablet stole along with SCBAs and other items.

Numerous computer items and tools were stolen from an oilfield office near Derby Acres recently.

Between 3 a.m. and 6:40 a.m. on May 12, some one forced their way into the office near Arnold Avenue and stole six Dell monitors, two Dell hard drives, two Dell keyboards, and a black Dell tablet.

Also stolen were a Milwaukee drill inside a black and red case, a black mini refrigerator, and two Scott brand SCBAs with yellow air tanks.

The break-in caused approximately $1,200 in property damage.

Detectives are investigating another theft that took place a short distance away in the Midway Sunset Oilfield

Sometime late on May 14 or early May 15, unknown suspects forced entry to an oil company’s yard, located near Mocal Road and Shale Road, and stole a gas can, parts from the work trucks, and keys to the vehicles. If anyone has any information about this investigation, they should contact Brunsell. Refer to case #2018- 00074482.
