The Kern County Sheriff’s Office is asking the publics’ assistance in locating a missing runaway juvenile. Alisa Wheeler was last seen in Taft on June 21.
Alisa is a 15-year-old girl standing 5-1 and weighing 120 to 125 pounds. She has brown hair and green eyes
She is possibly with her boyfriend “Afillo” who is also known as “Roi”.
He drives a white 4 door Honda or similar type vehicle. They may be planning to go to Mexico.
Anyone with information on Wheeler’s whereabouts or her boyfriends whereabouts is asked to call the Kern County Sheriff’s Office at 661-861-3110 or the Taft Substation at 661-763-8550.
