Taft High School will be looking for replacements for five teachers who are retiring at the end of the current school year.
Among items on the agenda for tonight’s board of trustees meeting is acknowledgement of retirement notices filed by certificated staff.
They include: welding teacher Patrick Casey, English teacher Nancy Dyer, special education teachers Thomas LeClair and Paulette Maxwell, and social studies teacher Dave Robertson.
The board moved its meeting to Tuesday because Monday was a school holiday.
