January 30, 1949- May 12, 2017

On Friday May 12, 2017 Jesse Mathew Sandoval peacefully
passed away in his sleep losing his long battle with cancer.
Jesse was born January 30, 1949 in Exeter, California to Chris
and Frances Sandoval. May 15, 1972 he married Maria Sauceda
and began taking classes on welding so he could support his new
wife and growing family. Shortly after they moved to Taft California
in pursuit of work. Jesse found employment at General Production
and served that company for roughly 30 years. My father is widely
known throughout the oilfield industry as one of the top welders.
My Dad was a hardworking man, who dedicated his whole life
and existence to not only his wife and 4 children but mostly to his
grandchildren.
Jesse’s memory lives on through his surviving family; his father
Chris Sandoval, wife of 45 years Maria Sandoval, son Michael,
daughter Alexzandra, his grandchildren Corey Sandoval Shugart,
Rippley Sandoval, Crimson Sandoval,Reagan Montgomery,
Charity Richards, Jesse Sandoval, Raven Sandoval, Natalee
Sandoval, Gage Sandoval, Olivia Sandoval.
He is preceeded in death by his mother Frances Sandoval,
brother Lalo Sandoval, daughter Christine Sandoval, Son Jesse
Sandoval, and granddaughter Kylee Artz.
My father had requested he be cremated and his ashes given to
my mom. He was very adamant about not having a viewing or
graveside services. My mom with the complete support from all of
us, is honoring my father’s wishes, there will be no services.
If you would like to express your condolences or wish to send
flowers you may send them to the family’s residence at 105
