Sept. 30, 1959 - Dec. 27, 2017

Sharon Fishburn Harder was born to Janet and Maurice Fishburn, in Lawrence, Kansas, Sept. 30, 1959, and entered into her Heavenly Home on Dec. 27, 2017, in Lynnwood, Washington. She had battled cancer for 2 years, but maintained a positive attitude.   Sherie attended schools in Taft, starting in 1970, and graduated from Taft High School in 1977. She taught Children's Church at the First Baptist Church, and loved working with children throughout her life.   After graduating from George Fox College in Newberg, Oregon, she married John Harder, and moved to Ketchikan, Alaska, for 4 years.    Sherie worked as Credit Card Fraud analyst, and in banking, for several years, and gave birth to their two daughters, Amy, and Melanie, in Washington. She was an avid quilter, creating many beautiful quilts for Project Linus, to be given to children in hospitals.   She was a Woman of Faith, and had many friends at their church and Bible Study groups.     Her Memorial Service was held on Jan. 20, 2018.  She is deeply missed by her husband, John,  her brothers, Steve and Scott and theirwives, as well as her daughters, parents,,and many family members.  Her smile will be remembered by all who knew her.
