July 19,1966 - August 25, 2018

Jerry was born in Texas and was raised in Taft.  He went 2 years to Bakersfield College and earned a certificate in Agriculture Business Management.  He worked in the oilfields most of his life from a hand to a backhoe operator extraordinaire. His passion was fishing.  He spent many a happy hours along the aqueduct fishing for "monster" catfish.  He always had a dog or 4 with him, calling them his babies. He cooked the best pot of beans and barbeque. He loved adventure, camping and motorcycles. But most of all, Jerry loved the Lord and would share His message with all that would listen.  Jerry will be missed by family and friends alike.
