Tracy was born August 30, 1963 in El Reno, Oklahoma to Glen Earl and Mae Louise Dodd, both now deceased, as the eldest identical twin, with her sister Teresa, also deceased. Her younger siblings are Melissa and Wendy Jo.
Tracy gave birth to two sons, James Kenneth and Johnathan David Quilliams. James currently resides in Oklahoma, while Johnathan resides in Taft, California, with his wife Tereasa and two daughters; Ashlee and Emma.
Tracy has left a rich heritage for her children and grandchildren, a never ending Love for each of them.

A gathering of family and friends has been scheduled for 11:00a.m. January 14, 2012, at Calvary Temple, 630 Kern Street, Taft, California.
All are welcomed to pay their respects and share their memories; your love is special, to her, and to her family members.
A potluck lunch will be held in the church fellowship hall directly after. For any questions or additional information, please call 661 770-7202.
