Dear Editor
I returned to Taft about a year ago. While here I have read about and viewed council meetings, lawyer reports, city staff concerns, etc. And I have read the Kern County grand jury reports emanating from Bakersfield with more then a little interest.
Now, I am of the opinion that the grand jury is ill informed, misguided and ignorant of Taft’s governing procedures and affairs. It is ti me for them to withdraw and focus on other areas in our county whore their input may be, hopefully, constructive.
