The Kern County Sheriff’s Office  has issued an updated flier and new information about an at risk runaway juvenile  who has been missing from Taft for more than a week.
There  is a new vehicle description that may help lead to Alisa Wheeler, who was last seen in the Taft area on June 21.
She may be with an adult Hispanic male known as “Roi”.
He possibly drives a light grey colored small SUV type vehicle.
Alisa has told family members that she may be going to Mexico.
She is considered at risk because family members are concerned that if she does leave the country she may be exploited.
Anyone with information on Alisa’s whereabouts or with information on “Roi” is asked to call the Kern County Sheriff’s Office at 661-861-3110, the Taft Substation at 661-763-8550 or Secret Witness at 661-322-4040.
