Collection of 10-minute plays will be presented Friday and Saturday evenings and Sunday afternoon
The Taft Union High School drama department will present a collection of five 10-minute plays titled, “The Life and Times of the Typical High School Girl,” this weekend.
The plays are: “The Boy Book,” by John C. Havens; “Prom” by Katherine Dubois; “Do These Jeans Make My Butt Look Massive?” by Donna Latham; “First Dance” by Nancy Brewka-Clark; and, “Trading Schedules” by Chris Stiles.
Opening night in the high school auditorium is Friday at 7 p.m. Another evening performance will be held at 7 p.m. on Saturday. The final performance, a matinee, will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday.
Drama teacher Kelly Morris is directing the play.
General admission costs $7. Children 3-12, senior citizens, and high school students with an Associated Student Body sticker will be admitted for $5.
