The Indian Wells Valley Water District plant and equipment committee and the finance committee will meet at the IWVWD boardroom on Tuesday at 2 p.m. and 3 p.m., respectively.

On the P&E committee agenda is presentations of updates on tank inspection/cleaning, bulk water station upgrades, WSIP/Well 35, AMI pilot project, and a report on solar production from July through November 2018.

The finance committee will discuss fraud risk; cost of service study; Nov. 30, 2018, and Dec. 31, 2018, financial statements (preliminary); and accounts payable disbursements.

The fraud risk will include potential or actual fraud risks within the organization, and the preliminary financial statements will include financial reports and a graph depicting current revenue and expense trends compared to previous fiscal year actuals.

The administration/executive committee will hold a regular board meeting at 3:30 p.m. in the IWVWD boardroom on Jan. 9.
