7th annual sporting clay shoot to benefit local scholarships
The Taft Sportsmen's Club 7th annual sporting clay shoot will take place on Saturday, April 6.
Sign in is at 8:00 AM and shoot starts at 9:00 AM.
The event will be held at Kern County Gun Club, 12450 Shotgun Road 9331.
The shoot benefits Taft College and Taft Union High School scholarships and the JC Chitwood Memorial Scholarship Fund.
Ammunition can be purchased at the Range. Teams and Individual sign-ups are $500 per team or $100 per person. There is a limit of 34 team spots available.
Price includes lunch and refreshments. For each additional lunch attendee, there will be a $10 charge.
Prizes will be awarded for 1st and 2nd place teams and individual male and female high shooters.

Guns are purchased at Westside Arms and it is the winner's responsibility to register the gun.
