Meth found by deputies after he was stopped for riding back in darkness
The man arrested for drug trafficking after he was stopped for riding a bike with no headlight was sentenced to just less than a year in jail.
Christopher Michael Dean pleaded no contest to possession of a controlled substance and was was ordered to spend 364 days in jail at his sentencing on Wednesday.
Dean was given credit for 73 days time served and good time and also placed on three years probation.
Dean was arrested on April 2 by Kern County Sheriff's deputies after a traffic stop for riding his bike with no lights in the darkness.
