Occupants out of vehicle with only minor injuries, according to CHP

Only minor injuries resulted from a fiery single-vehicle accident on Highway 166 west of Maricopa Wednesday afternoon.

A car overturned on the side of Highway 166 at Old River Road and burst into flames, sending up a column of smoke visible from Maricopa.

However, arriving California Highway patrol officers said all the occupants were out of the car and just minor injuries resulted from the crash.
