The Indian Wells Valley Groundwater Authority will discuss its "Vision Plan" for 2035 when it meets Thursday. This will include discussions of financing a water purchase, a report on fallowing program interest, financing of the fallowing program and recycled water use.

Also on the agenda: board consideration and approval of litigation tolling agreements with Meadowbrook Dairy and Searles Valley Minerals.

The agenda also includes a continued public hearing regarding failure to register, report and pay groundwater extraction fees as well as an update on another entity for failure to report and pay groundwater extraction fees.

Also on the agenda, a meter ordinance compliance report and possible action, as well as other items.

A closed session will be held at 10 a.m. On the closed session agenda is conference with legal counsel on two cases of potential litigation.

The IWVGA meeting will begin at 11 a.m.
