Allen Debs Ogletree was born on December 9th, 1950 to Dewey and Bonniebell Ogletree in Texas. He had four siblings: James Ogletree, Charles Ogletree, Johnny Ogletree and Darrell Ogletree.
In December of 1967 he married Brenda Ogletree and from there, moved to Maricopa in 1974 from Fort Worth, Texas where they lived and raised their children, Melinda Houston and Allen Ogletree Jr. Allen worked in the oilfields and was a very hard worker. He always wanted his kids to have everything they wanted so that they wouldn’t have to live the way he did growing up and because of this, he always made sure they were very well taken care of. His hobbies included working on old cars, and taking his family camping and fishing. Allen and Brenda were also very well known for the parties they hosted in the big shop he had built in the back of their home. After 45 years of marriage, Brenda unfortunately passed away in 2010 and he continued to work until he decided to retire and then remarry. He married Phylis Ogletree and gained two step-children, Kelly Fedewa and Charlie Wooton. Allen and Phylis loved going gambling together and visiting their get-away-home in Bandon, Oregon.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Dewey and Bonniebell Ogletree, his brother James Ogletree, his wife of 45 years Brenda Ogletree and his son Allen Ogletree Jr.
